Scope of these terms

These terms govern use of this storefront and the submission of orders. You must have legal capacity to make the purchase or act with appropriate adult authorization. Selecting a product

Our Simple Modern assortment includes item-specific options and specifications. Check the capacity, model, dimensions, materials and included components stated on the listing before ordering. Screen settings may cause colors to appear different. Stock availability can change, and an order acknowledgment alone does not establish that every selected item is ready for fulfillment.

The transaction

Prices and checkout settlement are expressed in USD. Review the final item selection, discounts, delivery charge and applicable taxes before authorizing payment. We may need to contact you about a pricing error, payment authorization issue, unavailable item or suspected misuse. If an accepted payment relates to an order we cannot fulfill, we will explain the situation and arrange the refund or other resolution owed to you.

Fulfillment and after-sales service

The Shipping Policy explains US-only delivery, free Standard Shipping and estimated processing and transit times. The Refund Policy sets the 30-day return request window, eligible merchant-paid return postage and refund procedure.
