Refund Policy

Before you return an item

Please contact our team within 30 days after delivery if you wish to return a purchase or arrange an exchange. Include the order number or another proof of purchase, and tell us which items are involved. For a change-of-mind return, keep the goods unused, in their original condition and with the original packaging. Exchanges depend on the availability of the requested replacement.

Return arrangements and costs

We pay the postage for eligible returns, including both change-of-mind requests and problems caused by damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete goods. After reviewing your request, we will supply a prepaid return label or explain another return method at our expense. Please obtain these instructions before sending a parcel. Unless a dedicated return destination is provided for your case, the business address on this page is our return address.

When something is not right

If your parcel arrives damaged, contains the wrong item or is missing something, send us your purchase reference and a clear explanation. Photographs of the goods and packaging can help us assess the issue. We will work with you on the appropriate remedy. Conditions for unwanted purchases do not limit the rights that apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

How the refund is issued

Returned items are checked after receipt. Following receipt, inspection and approval, we issue the approved refund to the payment method originally used within 10 business days. Your bank or payment service may take additional time to show the credit. Keep the return tracking information and contact us if a confirmed refund has not appeared after the applicable processing periods.

Changes before shipping

A cancellation or order amendment should be requested as soon as possible before dispatch. We will check the fulfillment status, but a request cannot be guaranteed once preparation is underway. Orders already shipped are handled through this return process. Nothing here removes a consumer right that applicable law makes mandatory.
